Why Us

Jenn and Lindsey are both professional coaches that “get it.”  Having lived and successfully climbed the rank in highly competitive global companies, they both have experience negotiating and redesigning roles within their companies – as well as taking the leap to entrepreneurship.  This unique offering is a powerful combination of coaching to help you deeply explore what you want with unparalleled expertise in negotiation to mentor and train you in the key steps you need to make it happen.  At the end, you get to decide if your new superpower powers help you find joy and stay at a company you love or if you want to use your cape to fly into a completely new direction.

Lindsey Eynon, MCIPS
Start to Thrive

Lindsey is a professional coach and owner of Start to Thrive. Prior to founding her own business, Lindsey navigated multiple commercial and project roles within BMW, responsible for multi-million pound contract negotiations and complex stakeholder management, in both direct and indirect commodity sectors.  Leading her own team of buyers, Lindsey developed emerging talent both in the procurement arena and beyond.  She has lived it all, from the manufacturing floor to presenting in the C-Suite.

Today Lindsey helps people to get out of their own way; supporting individuals, teams and organisations to grow, create direction, confidence and resilience, all with her two furry co-workers (and passing hubby on the stairs!)  at STT HQ.

Jenn paster Detmer, MBA
livthentic TM

Jenn is a professional coach and owner of Livthentic™, where she currently helps individuals, teams, and organisations design a life, team, and/or organisation that they love. Jenn has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years and prior to that worked in education, lighting controls, and architectural design. She has a marketing background, became a new product launch expert, and left her corporate career negotiating multi-million dollar deals in business development, working at the highest levels of management, and running global cross-functional teams.

These days, Jenn enjoys breaks at her Covid-19 office with her husband and finds her most difficult job is negotiating quiet work time with her two very loud co-workers who are ages four and six.

for teams and organisations
Learn what you and your team want.  Design a path forward together.

Take the first step to inspired employees.

Create a thriving team or organisation!

According to Gallup engaged teams, have 21% higher profitability, 10% higher customer metrics, and 41% lower absenteeism and yet in a recent pole only 15% of employees worldwide are engaged.[1]  However, much like Maslov’s Hierarchy of Needs, if you are focusing on the lower half of the triangle with basic needs like safety and security, you are likely getting employees that are collecting a paycheck.  Good engagement requires growth – both personal and organisational.

While in pre-Covid 19 times, you may have thought you needed engagement, post-covid-19 makes it even more important.  We are seeing unprecedented moves to flexible working with companies like Deloitte and SAP making global announcements, but is it enough?

Your customers, your employees, and you, as a team or organisation, have just experienced an unprecedented period of change. Most people are looking at their Covid-19 experience and realising that something needs to be different. However, often, they cannot quite put their finger on what that something is.  This programme is designed to help you and your team find what you need to feel fulfilled and inspired at work, give you the key skills and tools you need to co-create it, and develop actionable steps to take that forward. This programme can help you retain the talent that has helped you survive and thrive during difficult times, prevent burnout, cement in that ingenuity and creative spirit that was needed during this time. You, your business, and your employees need more than just flexible working. You have learned so much more. Use this programme to help share what you know, experiment, grow, and change together.

The You Step Programme is designed to:

  • Help your employees identify their core values and know what will make them feel fulfilled at work

  • Recognise your organisation’s values and understand key areas of overlap

  • Create tangible solutions and understand your boundaries for real-time brainstorming

  • Develop your co-creation workshop to prepare you for taking your first step together

  • Improve impact by learning critical co-creation skills as team

  • Celebrate and learn from the first step and prepare for the next
