Start to Thrive
Lindsey is a professional coach and owner of Start to Thrive. Prior to founding her own business, Lindsey navigated multiple commercial and project roles within BMW, responsible for multi-million pound contract negotiations and complex stakeholder management, in both direct and indirect commodity sectors. Today Lindsey helps people to get out of their own way; supporting individuals, teams and organisations to grow, create direction, confidence and resilience, all with her two furry co-workers (and passing hubby on the stairs!) at STT HQ.

for teams and organisations
Learn what you and your team want. Design a path forward together.
Take the first step to inspired employees.
Create a thriving team or organisation!
According to Gallup engaged teams, have 21% higher profitability, 10% higher customer metrics, and 41% lower absenteeism and yet in a recent pole only 15% of employees worldwide are engaged.[1] However, much like Maslov’s Hierarchy of Needs, if you are focusing on the lower half of the triangle with basic needs like safety and security, you are likely getting employees that are collecting a paycheck. Good engagement requires growth – both personal and organisational.

While in pre-Covid 19 times, you may have thought you needed engagement, post-covid-19 makes it even more important. We are seeing unprecedented moves to flexible working with companies like Deloitte and SAP making global announcements, but is it enough?

Your customers, your employees, and you, as a team or organisation, have just experienced an unprecedented period of change. Most people are looking at their Covid-19 experience and realising that something needs to be different. However, often, they cannot quite put their finger on what that something is. This programme is designed to help you and your team find what you need to feel fulfilled and inspired at work, give you the key skills and tools you need to co-create it, and develop actionable steps to take that forward. This programme can help you retain the talent that has helped you survive and thrive during difficult times, prevent burnout, cement in that ingenuity and creative spirit that was needed during this time. You, your business, and your employees need more than just flexible working. You have learned so much more. Use this programme to help share what you know, experiment, grow, and change together.
