How do I pay?

Most clients choose to pay via Bank Transfer. Details are in our contract when we agree to work together.

 

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, on request I will send you a payment link.  I use Zettle who are owned by PayPal.  There is a 2.5% fee per transaction, which I do pass to the client, so total payment would be £2,767.50

 

Do I have to pay it all upfront, or can I pay as I go?

Life is pay as you go and as such, I am happy to have clients do the same.  You decide if you want to pay in one go upfront, session by session, monthly or in other instalments of your design. My only stipulation is that payment is received in advance of the session taking place.

 

I can’t afford it; do you offer discounts?

I recognise this programme is a significant investment of time, effort and money, and this may not be the right time for you.  I do not discount the programme but would love to stay in touch with you.  Have you considered joining the mailing list to keep informed of any group / online courses and to have access to free resources reserved for clients and those on the mailing list?  

 

 

How does booking work?

You schedule your appointments. I use the online booking system Calendly.  I will send you a link which gives you direct access to my diary - create, cancel and amend your appointments yourself.  I just ask for 24 hours notice.  You can book all your appointments in one go, or book as you go.

 

What happens if I need to change or cancel an appointment?

You are in control to change your appointments in my diary, please give me 24 hours notice.

 

When are you available to coach me? Do you work outside normal office hours?

I coach Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 09.00 to 19.30 (UK).  My last appointment starts at 18.30 for 1 hour appointments or 18.00 for 1.5 hour appointments.

 

Can I try a couple of sessions and see what I think?  

To get the best out of it, we need to work together over the whole period, so I ask for clients to commit to the whole programme. If, for any reason, you are not comfortable during the programme and we can’t resolve it together, then our contract enables you to terminate at any time.  You would not pay for undelivered sessions in this scenario.

 

Can I spread the sessions over a longer period and meet say once a month or less?

I’ve experimented with different models, and I find a frequency of fewer than 2 sessions per month doesn’t give us the momentum for sustainable change, so for best results I recommend 2 sessions per month.
