How do I pay?

Most clients choose to pay via Bank Transfer. Details will be provided with your NDA when we agree to work together.

 

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, on request I will send you a payment link.  I use Zettle who are owned by PayPal.  There is a 2.5% fee per transaction, which I do pass to the client., so total payment would be £82  (£20 having already been paid via deposit at time of booking.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit payment of £20 is payable at time of booking and is managed via the booking system.  The remaining sum is due within 14 days of the invoice being issued to you, or 14 days from our session date, whichever is later.  Invoice for our session will be issued not later than 5 working days after our session.  

 

How does booking work?

You schedule your appointments. I use the online booking system Calendly.  The booking link is available on my procurement page (and below ;-) ) and gives you direct access to my diary - create, cancel and amend your appointments yourself.  I just ask for 24 hours notice.

What happens if I need to change or cancel an appointment?

You are in control to cancel your appointment in my diary, please give me 24 hours notice.  With less than 24hrs notice your deposit payment becomes non refundable.  Email me for a new link to reschedule your appointment without making a further deposit payment, or feel free to use the original booking function and I will reduce your outstanding balance accordingly for the 2 deposit sums paid.

 

When are you available to speak to me? Do you work outside normal office hours?

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 09.00 to 19.30 (UK).  My last appointment starts at 18.30 for 1 hour appointments.
